From Sky Bet, Still is 1/2 favourite with Currie second at 6/1. Some big names after that. Paul Once third favourite at 9/1 then there's Lee Clark, Mark Cooper, Paul Dickov, Graham Alexander, Danny Wilson and Dean Saunders.

Quite like the sound of Graham Alexander personally. No non league options there either.

For the love of God not Lee Clark.

Otherwise it is a good line up

For me, Still is the standout option there (perhaps obviously). Regardless of the end of his spell at Luton, and despite the feelings some may have towards him due to the way he left here, he does know what it means to be a Dagger, and I'm fairly certain he could organise the players we have and get them playing to a level beyond their ability in a way that Wayne perhaps couldn't. Doidge/Curo have that dynamic that Stilly loves, and Labadie/Dunne are tailor-made to be his sort of players.

This isn't necessarily what I'd like to happen, but I think it's the best option for us if we want to stay in the league. If it means possibly tarnishing his most recent stint here, that's a risk I'd be willing to take if it means we have a chance of survival.

The things he brings is experience and a lot of contacts, the loan window is only weeks away and it plainly obvious whoever takes over they will have to go into it. If that is the way we are going and I will support whoever the board appoints despite having misgivings then I think we need to move quick and get any deal done.
