Essex Senior Cup action tomorrow night, as Daggers contest Basildon United. Only A few first teamers will feature, but I'm expecting at least a 4-0 rout nonetheless. Makes a welcome break from the league I suppose.

Might be worth putting the whole 1st team out to remind them what a win is like.

Have a bit more confidence in them Joel, reckon we won't let Basildon score as many as 4 :D

tbh the a4 paper with burnett out was cringeworthy at best. why not just do all large letters and stand in order, it would of looked better than just holding up 10 sheets of white paper as thats all we could see from sieve.
going tomorrow and just hoping its not our 1st team showing up.
want to see raymond doidge given a shot.

Seemed like a few were taking it in turns to ease the pain in their aching arms. Brightened my mood!
