Can't say i'm sorry he's gone - flash bastard, cocky, arrogant. He was given two great opportunities where far better managers should have got the nod - and he cocked it up. You can have all these traits when you've proved yourself - Sherwood has a long, long way to go before he earns these privileges or right.
