Tbf I think Nyron has done better than Dikamona.

I'd put Chambers in but should probably bite my tongue as he's scored a couple lately.

How about the wonderful loan signing Jon Miles.

Nathan Green lasted about 5 minutes.

Chris Dickson. Ade Azeez. Blair Turgott.

Azeez was played outta position to be fair.

Ok, so we have a 4-3-3 team as follows:

GK: Jonathan Miles

LB: Jack Connors
CB: Nyron Notsoworthy
CB: Brian Saah
RB: Damian Batt

MF: George Porter
MF: Kane Ferdinand
MF: Blair Turgid

ST: Adebayo Azeez
ST: Patrick Agyemang
ST: Chris Dickson

--------------------

Now; in comparison for shit-ness, how about a John Still Dud XI - should test the memory banks a little harder.. ?

Connors really shouldn't be in there.

Agree with that. A bit unfair.

Really?? Personally I saw more potential in that Green fella than Jack. He's a trier but considering even Wayne, picked him, dropped him, picked him, dropped him etc etc etc means even he is only using him when absolutely desperate, no?

Connors isn't a dud, he's a young kid who puts 110% in every time he plays. An Ireland u21 international isn't to be sniffed at either.

Green was alright but nothing hugely special.

Drop Porter to left back and put out current captain marvel in there.

Ok, would accept Green at LB but would take Azeez out ans swap him for Boucard.
Cant actually believe I forgot him!

Talking of which - he isnt getting dropped any time soon.
According to Warren - "he's very much our captain who leads from the front"

He also concedes he's not a 'vocal' type of captain.... pffftt

Fair play. To be fair to Azeez didn't he win us a couple of games at Bristol Rovers and Newport while he was here?

Still can't remember a contribution Boucaud has made while he's been here

How about two excellent assists to Chambers in our game against Mansfield just to start?

Boucaud gets a lot of stick but actually it was highlighted to me how we missed him on Saturday against Hartlepool. Whilst Boucaud does go sideways alot. he often doesn't have much available in front of him (hence the 4-4-2 not being effective). I noticed massively in the Mansfield game how every time he looked up, he picked out Chambers in the hole and got us moving/running at their back 4. Watch the highlights of this game just to highlight a few examples.

On Saturday, Ferdinand played a hell of a lot deeper than usual in the Boucaud role and didn't have anywhere near the vision of our captain. I know we haven't won with Boucaud in the team this season which makes him an easy target to pick on. But actually, Saturday showed our problems go far deeper than that. Boucaud isn't a bad player at all and certainly has his merits but he needs the right players around him to do the jobs that he doesn't excel at. What he does offer though is excellent ball retention and the ability to pick out players in space between the lines. It's no surprise he excelled when he had players like Abu, Luke and Billy playing with him.

I can't really see that he "excelled" when we had players like Abu, Luke and Billy..those days used to mean that he was not on the pitch.

It's not really anything about "easy targets" - Boucaud simply cannot tackle.

That's just not on for a League Two midfield..regardless of whether there's two or three in there.

Edit: I've changed my mind, you're really not worth the argument
