Yes you pick the players sadly however you have recruited a bunch of gutless and heartless players ever to pull on a football shirt. Is that your fault I don't believe it is because you fully expect that to be in any players DNA.

Once again at nil nil we at least looked interested but the minute the first goal went in that was that.

Sorry mate we don't need a Uefa accredited Manager Coach we need Christian Barnard.

Wayne I am so dreadfully sorry it has not worked out and wish you all the very best for the future.

Go now friend as I am sure your time will come again in some capacity unlike that lot of gutless.,spineless bunch who give or take one or two are an absolute disgrace to their profession.

So you think my post after the boxing day massacre was an attack on the Manager ?

It was clearly an attack on the Players, but you are so pent up in your anger and frustration you have now resulted to trawling through the archives of this forum to attack those who dare to show him even an ounce of support.

Comments like " is it all your fault, I don't think it is" and "your time will come again " and " We don't need a Ueffa qualified coach we need Christian Barnard " is a clear indication where I thought as to where the blame laid.

It also I would suggest clearly shows that I considered the bloke more then capable given the right tools , something he has seldom had, continues to have or ever has had at his time with Dagenham and Redbridge Football Club.

Only days later things started to improve by taking 4 points off teams in two games that ended up getting promoted and he continued to do this for the remainder of the season finishing 14th thus proving that my assessment of the capabilities of the Manager spot on.

My attack on the Players after the boxing day showing was fully justified and they went on to prove that although I had my doubts about them the Manager was also bang on in his assessment of their capabilities.

Yes I thought it was better for him if he went because frankly I think he deserved better then what he was getting, he proved you wrong and the Players ended up proving me wrong, at least I had the good grace to admit it something you have never managed even through gritted teeth.

So just to clear up any confusion,as at best you appear to have taken my posting out of context following the Boxing Day defeat against Stevenage. So I want to spell out clearly how I stood then and do now.

It is my opinion that Wayne Burnett is a good Manager at League Two level, his record clearly proves this.

It is also my opinion that he has proved an exceptionally good Manager at League Two level given the tools he has had to work with and would prove even better if he had better resources.

He will never achieve anything greater then what he has already achieved until he is given the correct tools. A bigger budget would certainly help, however he may well one season get lucky by getting out of Players far more then anybody else has ever Managed, but until that day arrives he will remain an under rated Manager who will never realise his true potential at a Club like Dagenham and Redbridge.

It remains my opinion that there is nobody better out there given the resources we currently have and he will continue to get my full support.

Given the right tools? After two and half years you would have thought that Koko would have figured out that you cannot play tippy tappy football at this level with the quality of player you have available, this is why he will always be a failure at this level.

Now he has his own squad of players and not the remnants of the hard honest pros Still left behind his teams are really showing him up for what he is a very poor tactically naive out of his depth Essex Senior league at best manager.

Given "Wayne" finished 9th the season before that rant, at what point do you expect to flip back to anti this time around out of interest?

Dunno why you are digging me out.I liked him, disliked him now like him again. No secrets there.Give me another few games without a win I will probably have another wobble. So what !

I intensely dislike the fact that we are a club with no more than 22nd as a finishing target each season but that's not Waynes fault. It dosent make for much excitement does it ? Whoever we get will be tasked the same so if we don't like it we can go elsewhere.

I don't quite understand that comment Arnu.

I was born with blue and white in my blood from Ilford fc.. I of course now have red, white and blue.
It's easier for you to chop and change as you have proved by initially being a hammers supporter. It can't be to much of a wrench to swap allegiance for you as it is other supporters.

The management team on the other hand don't have the same feelings and certainly doesn't go back many decades, so on that score, they should go before the supporters which show displeasure.

All I meant was you don't have to keep watching if you don't like it.Its a choice you have.Thers a plethora of moaners on here who dont ever go to a game yet they have a dig at me and others on a regular basis. For your information I consider myself 100% dagger.I will keep attending and buying the season ticket whatever happens.I can supplement all this woe and failure with trips to West Ham if I wish. That is my prerogative.Attacking my allegiance is futile not least cos I probably attend more games than a lot of these armchair fans ever do.I occasionally watch Orient or Southend if im bored or even a game or two at Hornchurch, not sure that makes me bad or unloyal and....so what if it does ?
