I had 3 emails for me and my two kids, so I would need to set up log in for all 3 if I renewed?
I emailed the club requesting the cost of on the day match tickets and they said they will be released in due course, how can anyone sign up to a season ticket if they do not actually know the financial benefits to it?

That's the way I've interpreted it. Because your name is against your tixr account and I couldn't see anywhere to add a name to a ticket. So surely if you try to buy all 3 on one account they'd all be in your name? Also each email link appears to require a separate checkout and basket, couldn't get it to add both to a single basket so I could pay all at once.Diggerthedog wrote: ↑Thu May 22, 2025 6:51 am I had 3 emails for me and my two kids, so I would need to set up log in for all 3 if I renewed?
Tried to renew yesterday evening (had been deliberating) but the loyalty discount expired at 19.00 even though I'd received an email from the club earlier stating I had until 23.59. So I didn't bother and have emailed the club to ask for an explanation..not expecting too much back tbh.

First time without a season ticket for 25+ years, soon they’ll have to start listening and stop the silence for fans and some might return but I don’t see it.
I've bought one as less than 11 quid a game I feel like I can afford to miss 5 or 6. Could end being more. I like the look of some of the away trips this season but that's more for the laugh than for the football.
I'm not sure anything will shock the owners into life, not because they're malicious but because they seem totally incompetent. I don't think they have any idea how to fix it. Even little things like moving to a new-tech season ticket provider - yes it sounds good and probably works great for younger fans, but plenty of older fans I know can't get to grips with it. I know the club will help if people ask but we should be proactive.
We've got probably 3-4 weeks to sort out loads of things to make up ground on other clubs. A manager, friendlies, the retained list, new contracts for people like Phipps hopefully, new signings, setting up trials, pre season training schedule, new kit, flogging more tickets, sponsors. I have little faith it can happen as recent history tells us that they're not capable.
Fair enough they're putting their money in. Nobody can expect people to just fund our club continually and these days it seems no club can survive without it. But they're just throwing their money away if they keep making such bad decisions.
