Should have been an early kick off and try to get people in the clubhouse to get some cash in the tills.admin wrote:This is one of the rare few times I'm going to say I think the club have done the right thing. A Lot of people like football on a Saturday afternoon. Trains are horrendous on Sunday's for those that come a fair distance.admin wrote:This is one of the rare few times I'm going to say I think the club have done the right thing. Will be almost 1200 away fans tomorrow might be outnumbered.
I like football on a Saturday afternoon but as a one off for a special event like that I think it's considerate. I travel to every game from near enough Southend and I shouldn't have any problems getting to the game today, might even help the attendance, have to wait and see on that. Don't think we'll be outnumbered, haven't been so far, although it won't look great on us when Luton have 40-45% of the crowdDiggerthedog wrote:A Lot of people like football on a Saturday afternoon.
