In my opinion they are wrong and from the posts on here there are very few who may hold there views, as in all football clubs managers are judged on results and the results from the infamous after match rant at the wycombe game to date are abysmal and at any other club the mangement would have paid the price.
Of course its very nice to be loyal to a manager but in this case its time for him to go and soon, dont let loyalty cloud the facts.

There has to be a majority decision remember, it's not just 1 board members choice. As Adrian says the board might actually think he will turn it around, in their eyes there may be no problems at all.

I also think he should go. That the board may not agree with me does not mean that they don't care or aren't passion are. The two things are completely distinct.

If there was any chance of him going it would have been when there is more than a week left of the Transfer Window for quick changes to brought about... getting rid mid-February or March would be a bizarre decision unless we haven't won another game before then

The problem here is to nearly all of us whether fans or board are witnessing up until the last game a team that really doesn't look like they're going to get out of this and can not see us 'turning the corner' so understandable many of us are showing our frustrating's at trying to find an answer, forum whatever, to which to be fair as honest as it seems don't think the coaching staff know either. Relying on Zavon Hines to save us has almost gone out of the window it looks now. Were really left in a 'catch 22' go with what, although a very big gamble what we have and somehow bag a few decent results and have us drinking the club dry or bring in someone who's probably failed somewhere else and also throw a dice that have we now got enough time and also to what we have been saying all season, on paper these players look pretty good but can they get it together and do a Carlisle and CONTINUE IT. Pass the bloody blood pressure pills!

The only transfers we'd make would be loans or unattached players so the transfer window means diddly squat to us other than if there's a madman out there willing to pay money for one of our sacks of shit*.
