Re: Marketing

More money to be made in 4 pints of beer then a fiver they make per head from the gate money I would suggest. I am sorry but if you had any intention of going to Whitehawk then you would be fully aware of the so called good gesture by the Club , who I remind you have had either an unexpected windfu...

Marketing

The club are subsidising coach travel and want our support at Whitehawk. You wouldn't know it from the tweets and emails. I can see there's been a santathon, that I can get free delivery on any Daggers tat that I wish to purchase, and that I can watch the game in the bar, but no encouragement for us...

Re: Daft as a brush

Sussex, the generally accepted target for staying up is 50 points. 21/46 x 50 is 23 (to the nearest point). We are 10 points off of even that pace!

I think that the most optimistic were aiming for a bit higher than scraping 50 points.

Re: Daft as a brush

Really? How do you come to the conclusion that we should be underdogs? D&R: Full Time / Whitehawk: Park Time: D&R: Professional / Whitehawk: Semi Professional D&R: League 2 / Whitehawk: Vanarama South. D&R: Train almost every day / Whitehawk: Train twice a week D&R: Total wage b...

Wayne is not going to get us out of this

For all the "we cannot afford to sack him", can we afford not to?

As to who could we bring in, seriously, who could do a worse job than this? We haven't won at home for 8 months and are on course for less than 29 points.

Re: FA Cup preview

Yeah, like winning the conference, the play off final, reaching FA Cup 4th round as a non-league side. But hey ho, a 1st round league cup defeat it is then.

Re: What would you prefer?

The clubs Sussex mentions went down with bigger crowds than we get and board members/ownership structures that allowed money to be thrown at them though. And Cheltenham are not back up yet. In the years they went down: Barnet were getting 500 more Cheltenham 800 more Bristol Rovers 4,500 more The co...

Always been impressed with Raymond. Great set pieces and plays with attacking intent. Compare to our captain.

Re: The ultimate "MUST WIN" game

In third round last year, against a premier league side Everton charged season ticket holders: Adults: £20.00 Over-65s and Under-21s: £10.00 Under-16s: £5.00 General sale Adults: £25.00 Over-65s and Under-21s: £12.50 Under-16s: £5.00 So whether it's us or Whitehawk, nobody is getting anything like £...

Re: The ultimate "MUST WIN" game

But a win next week is worth so much to the Club. I think Mike's gate and take estimate is a little conservative. Whitehawk local rag are saying the game is worth £m to them.... http://www.theargus.co.uk/sport/14132288.Hawks_are_playing_for_a___1m_prize/?ref=twtrec They would make £700k gross from ...
