Re: Logo

Whilst it may wind you up,and Im really not trying to now,I seriously think life has other more important challenges than what goes into the make up of a 3x3 inch logo on a shirt.Leave the old one on,I couldn't care either way. I wouldn't say you're winding me up, I'm just worried that a very poor ...

Re: Logo

From the reaction on Facebook and Twitter it's far more then a handful of people who have issues with it. Honestly don't see how you view it as trivial (other then a wind up), I consider it one of the most important changes that the club can make. It's our national identity, and we've got for the mo...

Re: Logo gate, some thoughts

Couldn't agree more mate. I understand the descision to modernise the badge (not that I agree with it)
I haven't seen that car sticker before but it's pretty much perfect for what they are looking for. Couple of tweaks, job done.

No comparsion to 2 meaningless plastic swords.

Re: Logo

It's terrible. I've had a rollercoaster of emotions about this since yesterday. When I first saw it I was angered. Then found it hilarious. Now I am just mystified. How on earth has this got approval? I know we are somethimes tinpot about things (shit website and such) but this will be our national ...

Re: Time to bring back Trumpet Boy!!

Might help if we had some songs. There is simply not enough of us anyway. When you have 10 ft between you and the next spectator you are hardly gonna start off a chant. If you want a sing song,go to an away match. What happened to kids corner who used to stand at the far end of the sieve ? All grew ...

Re: Time to bring back Trumpet Boy!!

I haven't got the answer, but I don't think bringing the trumpet back will help. We'll just have some tunes mixed in with the silence to makes things that bit more awrkward. We had plenty of seasons with and without the trumpet, where there was still a decent atmosphere in the ground. For whatever r...

Re: Hartlepool

I even came across a people carrier full of people who were completely lost and had been for over an hour, their English wasn't great so I had to speak with their friend in Peterborough, on the phone, to let him know where they were, so he could give directions in their lingo. Should have directed ...

Re: Beyond Embarassing

I agree the scoreline flattered us. Utter dogshit. Cant even credit Portsmouth with playing well. Just gave them the ball, as much space as they wanted and didnt win anything all game.
I bet they couldnt believe their luck.

Re: Winning the playoffs or winning the league?

Although the win over Rotherham was probably the best day in my football watching history, remembering how equalling devastating the playoff final loss to Donny was, I'd take automatic promotion.
But I do love the playoffs, and would be more than happy to be involved in them again.

400 odd

Was anyone else surprised by this low number of support?
It's a bit waff for an away game just down the road.
