As always I'd want the lowest ranked team at home until the third round.

Re: Interview with Dave Bennett
My advice to all parties here is stop whining about each other and actually sit down to talk this issue, and how they work going forward, out. The Supporters Club cannot decide which members of the board it talks to and which it doesn't, and the board needs to work with the Supporters Club in a sen...

Re: Exhibition match
Great result today, again we look so good going forwards, but still look dodgy at the back - there were a few occasions in the second half when if Bromley had managed to find a crossfield ball that they would have had two on none at the back. But we seriously look a good unit going forwards. Just to...

Re: Bromley H
This will be a tough game - not only are Bromley scoring for fun at the moment, but they've been able to do what we haven't in keeping it tight at the back - they've only conceded 2 goals in 5 games so far. If we can maintain our shooting boots and finally turn in a defensive performance worthy of t...

Re: Transfer Window
Just because a player isn't selected to start in the XI doesn't mean that they are not needed at all. Otherwise we wouldn't have him as a substitute and be bringing him on when needed during matches. The fact is that he isn't worth his place in the starting XI at present due to the form of other pla...

Re: Rebuilding club /supporters relations
But it might be best if the discussion goes on hold until the club has the opportunity to speak to those (supporters club, flag owners etc) in person. It's my understanding that the Supporters Club have sent requests to both Thommo and Paul Gwynn in regards to arranging said meeting for a couple of...

Re: Deleted thread
Dagger4eva - I deleted the thread and I have a good reason why. I'm happy for you to PM me if you would like me to explain why I did it Having also read the original (now deleted) post, I'm also intrigued as to why it was deleted in its entirety - I'm sure you have good reasons for doing so, but to...

Re: Justice for the 96 fans who died at Hillsborough in 1989
I get where Digger the Dog is coming from here. At the time of Hillsborough I was going to a lot of Division One games all over the country and every week fans of all teams (Liverpool included) would turn up late at games with a few beers in them (not necessarily drunk though) and push their way fr...

Re: Play offs
Or alternatively if you wanted to make the system truly fairer then just don't have playoffs in the first place and have automatic promotion slots only - that way the 2nd place team definitely gets the advantage.

Re: Play offs
Given that only 4 of the National League Premier teams voted against the proposal it really wouldn't surprise me if we did vote in favour. It's an absolutely ludicrous idea, so doesn't really surprise me at all that it's got bored in at this level.
