Which postions do we need strenghten, bring in new players?

from the last game at half time we appear to have large youth squads. As it does not appear we are going to have anybody investing money into Dagenham. Is bringing forward good quality players through the youth teams the way forwardeven if we have to sell on like Dwight Gayle?

I cant see anyway that Wayne is going to resign after the record he has at Dagenham, cant see many clubs rushing to give him a mangers job. He is now hoping we can stay up . They only way he is going if the board gets rid of him and it does not look like that will happen either

Lack of goals is going to be end of us. We must have the worst scoring record but best defensive record.(Well goals conceded). If we carry like this everyone else will chip way an pick up enough points to keep above us.

Maybe I should have said hoof ball. It just seems every other team pass the ball to one another or have players who run at defenders with the ball. Our players just seem to try and get rid of the ball asap and boot it up field and hope.
