Re: Season to be delayed?
Remember, it's not just the watching of the game that needs to be considered, it's how everyone gets there too. Personally, I think it's daft, in the current climate, to have events on. Hundreds of people all going to the same location seems a recipe for disaster and one that isn't necessary. I agr...

The Football Landscape
I think it's clear to everyone that whatever the future of football looks like, it'll be different to what it was before. As a bit of a discussion point, would it be the end of the world? I've thought for a while that there are too many professional clubs and too much external money being pumped in ...

Re: Season to be delayed?
I wonder if something like Joel is suggesting needs to be considered and clubs start consulting those that have paid for season tickets as to whether they would be willing to move their season tickets to access to a streaming service (maybe charge terrace season ticket rate for it) therefore gettin...

Re: West Ham Ladies Pilot Scheme Match
Good to see the pitch looking good, people seemed more spread out in the Carling than I thought it would be. I was hoping there was still some paint drying somewhere in the stadium to entertain me but didn’t see any so only watched for a couple of minutes as the game was s#it and as entertaining as...

Re: 20/21 fixtures
Question to all cos of my temporary forgetfulness. What was the away match that was live streamed in to the Dagenham Main Hall that quite a few of us attended, was it against Bath? Do you think there will be much more live streaming at your Home club due to Away fans attending restrictions. Would w...

As comparisons go, that's quite remarkable at just how ridiculous it is.EssexDagger! wrote: ↑Fri Aug 21, 2020 12:04 pmChigwellian wrote: ↑Fri Aug 21, 2020 11:51 am ... just some context
More people died from stab wounds yesterday (20/8) than died of Covid

Re: What could the 20/21 season look like for fans.
There must be conversations about live streaming games as well. Pay a subscription and all NL games are available to watch over the web. I know it doesn't replace being there live but I can see that being a lot more viable than relying on paying punters at the gate. At what point does it just become...

This and the 5-0 against Rotherham are probably my 2 favourite matches. Happy days.

Re: Season Closuer Nearer
I wouldn't be surprised if it was on an invitational basis for a season. Every option sucks and is unfair to someone and at least that way the NL can pass the buck to the EFL.
