Re: The New Manager

In my world we should have someone in for the Trophy game, that’s all we have left to fight for right? However I completely understand if we wait for the owners to come over, as why would they not want to meet their manager in the flesh first. Maybe we already have our next permanent manager in plac...

Re: What about the players?

Aside from Graham, and arguably Dobson, there isn’t a player who hasn’t proved their worth at some point over the past year. Taylor 100% lost the dressing room which effects performances. I think they will all bounce back and perform better than we have seen for a long time

Re: Who would you replace Taylor with?

I’m not sure what planet people are living on if they think we’ll get Tisdale. He’s well out of our league. Unemployed or not, he’ll have no interest in coming here. Like the idea of McMahon but looks like he’s off to Orient. Hopefully we can get Garrard, but honesty as long as it’s not Hill I’ll be...

Re: Taylor gone

Try 12 months too late. Not going to do a long ramble about this as we know it all. Next replacement is huge, but whoever it is we have all got to pull together and back them.

Re: GARRY HILL

Hill might keep us up, but honestly in what world do you think we would just keep him for the rest of the season then tell him to pack his bags? Thommo wouldn’t do that to one of his mates. As previously said, money talks. It got us Balanta in the middle of a season where we were dire, and it kept J...

Re: Ebbsfleet

It was a shambolic game. A blessing in disguise that we now don’t have to play Brundle for a few games, he really is awful. Think Manny should have got MOTM, although Quigley was good too (when on the pitch). I really hope our owners were watching that live and could hear the fans calling for Taylor...

Re: GARRY HILL

I don’t care how short term things are, we cannot have Hill walking back into the club. This is just classic Dagenham syndrome where we can’t think of new ideas, may as well see if Benno is around to sort out our goal scoring issues!! Any mug, except one, can keep this squad in the league. We won’t ...

Re: Taylor and corbyn.

Think the one big difference between the two is that Taylor doesn’t have a cult-like following that would blindly follow him anywhere. Which makes it more baffling that he still has a job!!

Re: Sutton United FA Trophy 14th December 2019 travel update

Could see myself going to the away game if we win but have absolutely no interest in going tonight. I’ve already paid £250, I’m not paying more to watch that shite

Re: Sutton United FA Trophy 14th December 2019 travel update

Struggling to bring myself to games when I’ve already got a season ticket paid for. Not a hope in hell that I’m going to spend even more money on going to see us play. Think there might be paint drying elsewhere that could be worth a watch.

Re: Injured Players

What’s also really frustrating about the update released this week is that it didn’t actually specify any of the targeted return dates that the players are working to. It was effectively just confirming to us that the players are still injured, which we knew. Not giving us target return dates means ...
