Re: Lee Bradbury
Welcome to Lee 'Badbuy' as the Man City fans once labelled him (to think he was their record signing at the time)..I think he's got decent pedigree at this level and I'm obviously hoping he does the business.

Yes, hopefully it won't be 'Computer says no'..len wrote: Sat May 31, 2025 10:59 am They did say it was valid until midnight so no reason why there should have been a problem and hope they will come back to you on that but if you don’t hear you should phone them on Monday to sort it out.

Re: Season ticket prices
Tried to renew yesterday evening (had been deliberating) but the loyalty discount expired at 19.00 even though I'd received an email from the club earlier stating I had until 23.59. So I didn't bother and have emailed the club to ask for an explanation..not expecting too much back tbh.

Re: Finally get to see the Daggers in person.
Ooh nice one..but two weeks in Dagenham hardly a present..only kidding..,😁we've chatted in DMs and as you know I'm from Coventry and we're the same age (wish I could retire!) and we chatted Ska and The Specials. It's an hour from Euston and the museum is not far from the station, if you're a fan it ...

Re: Josh Rees Joins Hornchurch
Definitely our best player... surprised but agree easily good enough to stay at NL. It's hard life probably at that level, I think some players do better financially playing part time and maintaining a job outside the game...

Re: Peter Taylor
Wilkinson's signing trumps all those iffy ones. Anyway, thought Quigley was half decent given the chance as he later proved at Chesterfield.

Re: Peter Taylor
I think Taylor gets quite a bit of unwarranted stick. He had **** all and built a team that was favourite to go down by everyone who was anyone's reckoning. Yet he kept us up finishing way higher than anyone expected.
Now I booed him as well and it was awful to watch but us with our outrageous ...

Re: It's in our hands.
Solihull is a must win. We need to still worry about Maidenhead as I would not put it past those mugs in Boston to just roll over and let Maidenhead win to screw us over. On yesterday’s performance there is now no reason for why we don’t get the job done.
I think Maidenhead will win anyway as ...

Great support yesterday, really got behind the boys. Still some mindless booing at the end from a minority and 'Benny Strevens'. Come on lads we just won 6-1

In light of what has happened with regard to these Egyptian people I think we should all be grateful for the way that a few supporters campaigned against them being a part of this club, it took a few hours to expose them for what they are, racist and anti semitic along with the fact that they ...

Re: Could there be a split?
The writing was on the wall after the Boston defeat. Not sure who the 'happy clappers' are or those happy to see the club die, but I sometimes get the impression that if you're not one of those on your feet telling Young to f-off or calling him a c**** then you're happy with the situation (like ...

Well they had lost 6 on the spin so one could argue they were due a win, but I would argue they were there to be beaten!!ARNU wrote: Sat Apr 05, 2025 7:59 pm Don't think we really expected anything out of Gateshead. 3 wins needed from the last 5 I think.

Safe trip Daryl!
I wonder if Braintree might still get dragged into it
..their next three games Barnet H, Tamworth A and Southend A before we visit them on Easter Monday . After that they finish with contenders Rochdale and Halifax who may still be fighting to secure playoff places.

Wealdstone win. I agree that a draw would have suited us the best but any result wasn't the worst for us. Keeps Boston below us and Wealdstone still within reach, as are Woking.
