Re: Barnet Away

Think it just about fairly sums it up but I know smaller clubs go for this 'renting' their pitches out for youth or women soccer quite a bit now and much revenue helps and that puts pressure on sustainable pitches. To me this a carbon copy of what Newport County had badly on our last year in the EFL...

Re: Barnet Away

To be fair mate it looks like the two clubs wanted it on and down to the Referee to shut the game down tonight, pretty sure the last thing Barnet fc wanted was another game put back, hard one to understand why tonight?

Re: Game off

As one of the many in radar of the ground situated nicely before kick off is this the future of modern day English football the Referees ' call the game off if a bit of drizzles on the way''? Another bizarre twist to how our game has gone down the pan. For someone just walking thru that 'downpour' w...

Re: Solihull Home

Very good and thoroughly deserved win yesterday. Daryl has certainly motivated the players well and with that mentality sure were on the way of getting in a more safer position. Think Elliot's finger tip save early second half was such a great blessing as if that had gone in it would have fired them...

Re: Pondfield Road Parking

As slightly off key has anybody out there one clue to when this 'going East when daggers at home' with Underground/train network will end on a Saturday? Originally I thought it was connected with the New Elizabeth line, maybe it was and respect they don't want to mess up travel with so many more wit...

A Final at last

Well done lads after winning the penalty shoot out tonight over Concord didn't go but salute to the 370 odd out there on a horrendous night and a late March final in Colchester to come with Ricay surely worth a visit.

Re: Barrow AFC Update 13.2.2020

Don't want to tempt fate here as still thinking about perhaps giving it a go myself and respect we need as many fans as we can muster up but if weather comes crashing back and perhaps a late postponement for all involved hope its announced by tomorrow at the latest as Barrow like Halifax have a dism...

Re: Stockport Thoughts

Although it beats me to say this as I'm a S/T up the TBS just maybe the club made the right decision in segregation Saturday. Actually thought they'd have a few more as to my knowledge don't think the teams have ever met in Dagenham. Feel its always the 'away day mentality' , early start when under ...

Re: Stockport Thoughts

That would have been total daylight robbery if our team had walked off that green with sweet f a, BUT here goes, even with a battalion of striking force of Reid, House, Balanta and Kandi and a rather useful Deering behind them we still had a bloody hell of a job to put that ball over the line, costl...

Re: McMahon it is then.

Take me hat off to those Macc fans too, with really awful financial problems he's hands were tied there and just a 16% win ratio but nearly every one on their forum wishes him good and make no doubt given the backing he knows how to put a club forwards, sure he'll fill our gaps.

Re: Torquay 6 pointer

Crazy in a kind of macabre way really looking forward to this, in a way if there's ever a game to define our season its this one. Just wish the Owners were here as do we raise our game, but lay in hope for this one because certainly second half in Kent we really saw a team that wanted it badly, and ...

Re: Jody Brown Post Match

From day one always believed Jody comes over as a guy who cares for this club and us the fans, in a real world would love it if he transforms us and we get out of this mess, but with so many hard games coming up against tough opposition he and Terry will surely be tested to its limits.
