Re: Yeovil Town (H)

Well the injuries and Robinson seemingly falling out of favour isn’t helping us to rest legs. But I didn’t say it’s acceptable that we seem to be struggling for fitness, I just said the break for the FA Cup should give us some rest that we really need right now. Only my opinion but Matt has been ca...

Re: Woking (A)

Admittedly parroting what's been said earlier in the month but we are a Balanta injury away from a very long winless run in the League I fear

Re: Woking (A)

Aware they're far from a poor team but that's twice already this season we have met a directly after they've lost by 4 goals... and we've been terrible in both games

New Signings

Curious ones these... Charlee Adams back with the team but only on non-contract terms and a left winger... May be a decent youngster but fascinated to see where he would fit in to the team as we, by all accounts, have looked like favouring a 352 with wing backs in pre-season and for the start (at le...

Re: Barnet (H)

If you attended any of the friendlies the alarm bells were ringing already about the defence... Expected more up front from watching the last six weeks or so where we at least had some attacking creativity No excuses tonight... that's as poor a team as will be faced in this division over the next 9 ...

Re: Barnet (H)

After Saturday's below-par opening to new campaign, we quickly entertain another side who made the 2019/20 National League play-offs in the form of Barnet as competitive football returns to Victoria Road for the first time in just under seven months. Barnet's prediction thread for tonight (http://w...

What again! If he is out for the whole season then maybe we should consider selling him for someone who is less prone to injury.
Who's buying a player out for the season??
Didn't we buy edmund with a broken leg?

Game one

Squad confirmed and starting eleven in... curious to see how we get on after the last few friendlies... have looked good in attack but less secure at the back

Starting XI suggests a 433 or 451 formation which is strange as friendlies have looked like we were going with 3 centre backs.

Coventry City can confirm that Jodi Jones has suffered an ACL injury in training.
Top class on his day but made of the very thinnest glass over the last few years... Real shame

Re: Ebbsfleet

Grant gone Contract terminated with mutual consent. Good business by the club. Another player coming in perhaps or was McQueen a nail in the coffin for any first team place! After the weekend and the two goals I would have thought a decision made this quickly would only have been if there was a sug...

Re: Ebbsfleet

Grant? just maybe now with 3 quality strikers around him he's got to 'up his game' and deliver, last season it just didn't tick but so did quite a few other things and a fair bit got lost in transit on the field, a new campaign? New ideas? and let's really hope for a confident team, that squad is l...
