Re: Christian Doidge
Footballers at much lower levels than ours seem to have agents now. I can understand it to an extent, but what I don't understand is why clubs use agents to sign players. We never used to, and I think it's a little concerning if we're starting to. It can't be that hard for one manager or chairman t...

Music at matches
Thought the new walk out tune was OK, even though after all the trailing of it, the announcer talked over the top of it and totally drowned it out. Next up, a new walk off tune, thought this might work - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a8jphxpi1ro or maybe - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MK6TXMsvgQg

Re: A JOKE THAT COULD LEAD TO SOMETHING BIGGER
The quality of these things is improving all the time and its about time that the FA sanctioned the top end of artificial pitches for use in all competitions. An artificial pitch can be used by the community all year round, and renting it out would be an additional income source for the club. We hav...

Re: CLUB LOGO
Please make sure its not some Arsenal/Canvey/Morecambe alike.
Nothing wrong with the current badge TBH, too many clubs ditching their proper heritage and dumbing down in my opinion.
I wouldn't mind seeing the old Dagenham club motto resurrected - "Judge us by our deeds".

Re: At least they didn't turn to Wonga !
Hold up a second here, aren't Exeter supposed to be the very model of how a club should be run these days, fan owned etc.?
There is definitely something a bit whiffy about a lot of football clubs in the West Country, they seem to be serially getting in money troubles.

Re: Worst ever dagger
Olli Lee wasn't even League 2 standard. He was garbage and made Elito look hard to knock off the ball. I think even Barnet were surprised that Birmingham wanted him. Trouble was, Ollie Lee got a neck injury watching the ball fly over his head. The few times we actually gave it to him in midfield he...

Re: Worst ever dagger
I know that he was one of Garry Hill's favourites and he did score a wonder goal from about the 6th row of the sieve one night, but Matt Jones was two bob. Loved himself almost as much as Garry did. Matt Jones was a properly nice guy, and took some of the most wicked corners ever seen, and is actua...

Despite having read that article dozens of times and knowing it pretty much word for word reading it once more still makes you rile at the staggering nature of the whole business and the paucity of the actions taken by the Football Authorities To then see Sky Sports News show the old lap of honour ...
