Re: Enfield away
Feasibly one of the worst games of football I've seen in 60 years. Our performance was appallingly poor against a team who conceded 8 a couple of weeks ago and have so little money they have to play their players on a game by game basis. No system of play, no strength, no pace, no threat. Some ...

Re: New Owners Announced
This is the result of a lot of hard work by many people and will provide real impetus going forward. Nothing is ever guaranteed in football but I believe all those involved- and more details of investors will be forthcoming over the next couple of weeks- have the club close to their hearts, most ...

Re: Chelmsford
Great win indeed. Our performances since Harris was signed have generally been excellent and we now know we were very unlucky not to get a point on Saturday too.
One blot on the landscape was the brainless morons who threw the flare on the pitch on Saturday and caused trouble last night. We are ...

Re: Tonbridge [a]
No news on the fitness of Scott who seems to have disappeared without trace and would have been useful against the giant but slow defence of Slough on Tuesday. Wilson seems a permanent sicknote so we might go into the game with Stephenson our only option and he is not exactly a goal machine. We ...

Re: Wealdstone Away
Definitely would need a goalkeeper by then as Kai is cup tied and Howes very unlikely to be fit.
Poor young Nightingale is having a nightmare and doesn't look anything like a professional goalkeeper I'm afraid as yet.

Re: Eastbourne [a]
Defensively we seem better but Scott and Lawless must surely play to give us some creativity and attacking intent. Haigh's headless chicken impression, abysmal distribution and appalling dead ball execution should be consigned to the bench.

Re: Announcement from the Members Club Director
Alan is a good guy who is trying and working very hard to unravel what is going on and deserves our support.
I've already read some counterproductive comments about his initiative in this regard on social media and suggest some of his, or members' committee critics, become members themselves and ...

Re: FA Cup
Despite the win this was one of the most dispiriting performances I've witnessed. After scoring a relatively flukey goal we defended desperately for most of the game with 11 men behind the ball sometimes just punting it as far away into no man's land as possible and this against Bedford Town! No ...

Re: Ralph Vigrass
A mistake. Are we really saying this lad is worse than N'Guessen, Harrack and Khaleel. On his limited appearances last year he looked eminently competent and has hit the ground running with Totton. The aforementioned three need to go ASAP and we need to draft in some physicality to play alongside ...

Re: Season ticket prices
I can't make head or tail of it either I'm afraid. As a season ticket holder in the Carling Stand ( is that now the South Stand?) am I being evicted to sit behind the goal in the Samuels stand or can I stay where I have sat for years. Is the loyalty discount included in the published figures or is ...

Re: Anyone got a link
I'm not sure that's true there are at least two groups allegedly in the wings who would be willing to take it on should the opportunity arise who would be far more in tune with the club.

Odd that there is no comment yet at all on this forum about last night's events. What happened? How did it go? Has everybody given up?

Re: The Egyptian
I was under the impression that demonstrating and voicing support for Hammas as a proscribed organisation was a criminal offence. Shouldn't the MPs across Dagenham, Barking and Redbridge be notified and perhaps the police.

Re: Sutton
Virtually all of our remaining games are against bottom half sides which on paper are winnable but most of the managers down there with us, Devonshire , Coughlan, Ardley etc have the nous to get them out of danger and not sure if I can say the same for ours. The loss of Jones now too looks serious.
