Re: Is this the most turgid football ever at Dagenham?

No I’m going to say the season we didn’t win a home game until about April was slightly worse. This has been a slow start to the season that isn’t great or excusable to a certain extent, but let’s be realistic here in saying that right now it’s just a slow start. It’s currently too early to call it...

Re: Darryl when you gonna earn your wages ?

I have always thought Matt Robinson looks best, when he has a really good experienced player, next to him in the central midfield. Could see him & Abs, would work really well together, but will we get the chance to see it ?... I find Brundle, a mostly frustrating player, but he does chip in with goa...

Re: Abu Ogogo is back

Would be absolutely wasted at RB in this team.

We need him in centre midfield, looked already yesterday, a class above anything else, we got on the books there.

Would be very surprised if he is not a massive plus, to this side of plodders.

Re: Abu Ogogo is back

I thought Abs did OK.

Plus Deering and Justham, can be happy with there performances.

The rest were like 6/10 at best.

Re: Darryl when you gonna earn your wages ?

Seriously, WTF is going on within our club ?. Justham saved us from defeat AGAIN, this time against a village pub team !!, a few of there players were carrying a lot of excess timber, but were still bossing the game. We need to play quicker, it's so slow & painful to watch this half hearted sh*t. To...

Re: Yeovil Town (H)

Some people are easily pleased, if they think that was a big improvement. Just like the Wealdstone game, only positive is that we got a result out of the game, but let's be honest, that was a hard watch again, wasn't it. Here are the facts: We never had one shot worth mentioning, against 10 men for ...

Re: Shambles

1OO% effort is the MINIMUM requirement. If DM isn't getting that (his own words), then WTF is going on within our club ??. The people I feel most sorry for at present, are our excellent owners. They have again backed the manager, with a great budget, and are being rewarded again with these pathetic ...

Shambles

DM said post match "they wanted it more than us". Really ??. That is f*****g unacceptable, for a club given the amount of financial backing, that has come his way. So what have we got this season, is it just a bunch of highly paid mercenaries, who don't give a sh*t ?. And now we are going to start g...

Re: Injury update 20/21 season

Well this is going to be a busy thread, McCallum off injured did he start with a niggle from Saturday, who let him play? Big cliff went off not long after, was made to walk off when clearly he shouldn’t have, not a stretcher in sight. Dr Shipman will sort them out. McCallum was limping, long before...

Re: Wealdstone (H)

Well, it's a start isn't it, but let's not get carried away. Thought it was basically the same performance as Tuesday, we got in front, but failed to find the 2nd killer goal. Unlike Tuesday though, we weren't punished this time, late on, but there bloke will be having nightmares about not putting t...

Barnet masks seemed to work OK tonight.

Can be a long old journey around the A406 of an evening, as well.

Re: At Maidstone today.

Totally agree with all the comments here. I know only pre-season, but bloody hell, that was a worrying watch, handled with ease by a team from the Conf South, playing Johnny Still hoofball. That's the first game I have seen, and we look the same now, as at the start of last season: lose Balanta / M...
