Not sure what you mean.... Do mean something like England vs The daggers?.... I don't think I've ever heard of that type of thing.
I know it happens in cricket where you can get Australia playing Essex on a tour match

But not teams in the top 30. More like the bottom 100 in the FIFA rankings. Like if we wanted to (and could afford it), what would be the procedure if the daggers wanted to bring in and play, the likes of Samoa, or Kazakhstan, or name your country.

Extremely unlikely for a club of our stature, although not unheard of in the higher reaches.

Arsenal usually play Indonesia or something like that in pre-season out in Asia.

Do you know the protocols if a team/university were to play an international squad? International clearances, payments to the federation, etc
