I don't suppose Stanley can afford that easily. I guess they will try to appeal, however its pretty open and shut.

£15k of it is suspended so I'm sure they will make sure he gets the necessary qualification in the time permitted.

Pathetic . Hope he takes them to the European Court for restrictive trade practices.
Accrington Stanley have the right to employ who they consider best for the job.
Another case of those who can do and those who cant talk about it.

How is it any different to the heap of professions where some sort of qualification is required?
