The first team fringe players plus a few trialists and youth team players lost 1 0 to a tough tackling Welling team at Cold Harbour Leisure Centre in Mottingham today
Darren Purse marshalled their defence in typical uncompromising fashion
Several team mates copied his example with enthusiasm to make it a tough afternoon for our forward players
Ade Yussuff worked hard again but wasn't particularly effective during the first half until substituted
Dan Carr also didn't get much change out of their back four
Frankie Raymond looked sharp & combative when he came on for the second half of a game played on a 4G pitch
Wayne Burnett was looking after the team so not sure about the rumours mentioned elsewhere
