Not bothering with this now too much of a hassle to be getting home at silly hours. I really think we could get spanked in this one. 5 wins on the bounce for Luton and we are now without our only person who puts a tackle in.

There will be only a handful of supporters ...... it is the most unappealing of games, even though it is not far away. Unpleasant fans, even more unpleasant local residents, and an unpleasant club. Very expensive tickets for the privilege of sitting in one of the worst viewing areas in football to see a game where we may quite possibly get spanked by a manager and several players who did so well for us in times gone by. A long walk to the station, or an hours drive around to find somewhere to park and spend all the game wondering if your car still has wheels. Cynical stereotypicalism maybe .... but count me out.

I'm with you on this one on every aspect of the above post.

I don't think I can bring myself to go watch Stilly's TEAM give us a spanking and have him come over to give us a clap at the FT whistle. Think I may just self combust!!!!

Will stay at home in the warm, with Daggers player & an indian.

I initially read that as "a Daggers player". Maybe it could be a new scheme to improve interaction with supporters. ;)

Had it been on a Saturday I'd have been there...but the fixture computer seems to have a habit of putting the games we look forward to in a season, in the most awkward places on the calendar.

We'll probably lose anyway. Although I think we might have a bit of success with Yussuff against McNulty tomorrow night. He might be a good centre half in a lot of areas, but I'd imagine pace isn't one of them.

I would have thought that there will be loads of W.B. suporters going to give their man some backing, showing J.S. we dont miss him. This is one of our "Local" games after all.

Or may be we are going to support out team. Amazing thing that Teams do a lot better when they get support whoever the Manager may be at any given time.

Sussex you bar steward... you've made me feel thoroughly guilty now!!!

None the less, not finishing work until 6 has really put paid to me trekking to Bangladesh - sorry I mean Luton tomorrow.

Sure you will all have fun and heres hoping it's yet another game I will ever regret not being at.

Talking of Luton, does remind me of the last time I went there. The ball went out for a throw in and a STEWARD grabbed the ball and kept hold of it. After eventually being persuaded to give it back, he proceeded to walk right behind the goal situated by us and thought it was funny to start sticking his fingers up to every-one. He obviously received the volley of abuse he deserved before very swiftly being escorted away by the local policia.

Such a charming place!!

Wouldn't miss this one for the world, been waiting for it for ages, know this ground well, a bit of a tight squeeze and I know we couldn't have come into Kenilworth Road at a worse time but right now those lads need our support and somehow you got to believe we can give em a good game and at least sneak a point. I'm training it and its only about 15 minutes from station and from what I hear up at the club bar Saturday quite a few are up for it. As long as we put 100% effort in I'll come away well pleased. Don't know about you lads but grabbing a win here would half balance out a bit this horrible few weeks we've been having.

I am expecting a low Dagger turnout, times are hard D4E and let's face it the team have hardly performed over the past few months to encourage fans to spend hard earned cash on .
