The surprising thing about the performances in the last few matches is the improvement of the midfield and the way it competes now.
Josh Rees, while he still has his moments of ineptness, has changed from the player of earlier in the season that seemed not to have any idea of what to do to one that at least puts the effort in and gets himself in positions to score.
Added to that is the attitude of Appiah-Forson who gives everything in all the matches and has brought more skill to the midfield. He may not make it at West Ham but if they let him go there should be a lot of clubs looking to sign him (hopefully we would be one of them).

Totally agree about the midfield improvement and think Appiah-Forson would be a great signing for us, but think this may just be wishful thinking.

Hoping that anyone in the leagues above just see his size and stature and make a decision to hold off signing him... Definitely a change maker in the midfield for us since he came in.
