Transfer tax how about this for our Premier league.

Just having a look at the transfers reading about Gareth Bale`s potential move to China and read this bit be great if they brought this in for the premier league clubs and split it with the lower leagues and grass roots football to help with youth development.

All proceeds from this transfer tax then go towards youth development in the country."
