Yes. Merge is dropped. Simmo won't have time to take photos he'll be getting the ball out the net all evening.

Any chance we could get the cat from Everton on a short-term loan?

The way he left those stewards for dead....

An absolute stalwart of the club.

You know its been a probably one of the worse weeks in our history , so much earlier season going for us and then crash the lights went out and 3 great players of this little proud club gone in what 48 hours, and who knows who else? but us real football fans can still bring the best out of us with threads like this and the witty chant thread, real stars! But on a more serious note with our backs against the wall and probably who knows till when, how does JS motivate them for tomorrow and beyond is anybodies guess? What a hard task, but those young lads on our most difficult week could be real heroes tomorrow and don't think there's a more experienced guy than John who can at least pull them up a bit, most of us rightly feel were in for a right tanking against a team that will probably go and win it, but never so more do they need every one of our supporters tomorrow giving them the best vocals we've had down there for ages, we always hear about 'the daggers spirit' well tomorrow us fans and players desperately need to put it to the test and show it!

Great post Dagdale.
For what it’s worth, assuming Cheek is available i’d Go with this.
Cousins
Nunn Robson N’gala Pennall
Sparkes Boucard Howell Whiteley
Fay Cheek.
If no Cheek then replace him with Bloomfield.
Another option, Pennall for N’gala with Howells at left back.

It's funny that even with all our recent departures I still wouldn't have Sparkes or Howells anywhere near it. Yet they will inevitably start.

Cousins
Nunn Robson NGala Pennell
Robinson Boucaud Howell
Fejiri Mason Whitely

Can't believe how well we've played. Just one great finish costing us so far.

Not a bad effort but lacked that quality needed when attacking and conceded from the only real chances they created. Just hope we can enjoy a few wins before the season ends :beg:

Aldershot deserved the win. They just looked a better team and always looked a threat. Still, lots of positives to take from it.

Seen us play a lot worse than that. Decent effort considering.

Decent enough effort put in but we were outclassed from the start. I gotta be honest I was pretty fed up once aldershot acored. Today was the first ever time I left before the end. I wish I'd watched it at home cos I could've flicked between the game and the olympics from the warmth of my living room. No doubt we'll lose a couple more next week so I can't really see much point watching any more till the mess is sorted out.
