It was an absolutely fantastic performance from the lads this evening. 29 goals in five youth cup games says it all. I can’t even single a player out because they play as a team and when they score they all want to be part of the celebrations.

At the end, the fans that made the journey, congratulated the players and they replied to them thanking them for making the journey. Micah Hyde deserves praise for his encouragement and letting the players express themselves with their footballl.

I can’t wait for Ipswich in the next round. The game is to be played by January 20th and we should know the confirmed date in the next few days.

It’s the last 32 and we are the smallest team still in the competition. With last year’s finalists Manchester City knocked out we can dream.
