Shall we start raising money for the club?

I've seen a lot of money raising by supporters for many things for the club over the last few years, most notably Accrington raising money for a new scoreboard. Is this something people would be interested in and if so, what for? Just an idea I have.

I like the idea, but I think our grounds is pretty good for this level. And now the bars have had a lick of paint, I can't think of anything to get.

Don't the supporters already do this with the 250 club / supporters club?
I'm sure I've seen cheques presented to the club in the past, though not for a while.
