At the training camp now,stadium and facilities are fantastic.Spoke with stilly,dazza and jim stannard everything going well and the lads are having another bike ride!
Theyre loving it.Came back in the stadium from training pitch and are watching shrewsbury playing we think fleetwood and weve said hi to abbs.

Great afternoon session,the boys were working their nuts off.Four halfs of about 10 mins and they were intense knockabouts.Then the poor sods had to do few drills for about half hour and christ it killed us just watching it.Then it was back on their bikes back to the hotel and a dip in the sea.Many thanks to john and darren for letting us be around the guys for a couple of hours.Much appreciated.
