Ticket information has been released for our two home pre-season friendlies and on daggersticket.co.uk the TBS only comes up as West Stand, does this mean a new sponsor for our loudest stand in the ground???

Couldn't possibly be a local funeral directors who already sponsor us by any chance.

That would be the West and Coe stand though, not the west stand.

Thommo refers to the sieve as the North Stand. I guess the TBS sponsorship deal is up and they are using its compass bearing. Personally, I'd describe it as the Pondfield Road end.

Sadly it won't be the Adam West stand. RIP.

My money would be on West & Co. Though if it's a stand without a sponsor, I vote for it being called The Ted Hardy Stand, at any time it isn't sponsored.

Given that the sieve has no official name other than the north stand, with no sign of us getting it sponsored or doing the raffle of naming that I've previously suggested, I'd name that the Ted Hardy Stand.

Quite happy to see that.

Did Ted achieve more than Stilly? Genuine question.

Maybe, maybe not, but one is retired and one is still working at the club.

The Sir Ted Hardy stand works for me tbh.

Different achievements but Ted Hardy taught John Still quite a lot.
He also had connections with the pre-merger clubs.

Plus Ted Hardy is the oldest manager to lead a team out at Wembley at the age of 68... Saying that, if John Still gets us to Wembley he could beat Ted's record, depending on how many days into 68 Ted was.

This is still a good read.
