Indeed. But why aren't refs enforcing it any more?

I'll give you that, it annoys me the same way the linos never make a decision until they look at the ref for approval.

Although, I got caught out earlier this year screaming bloody murder about offside being given in our half only to find out the rules have changed, they've made things too complicated!!
