Is what I have heard. Be interested to hear from anyone at the meeting.

How did you come by this?

I'm told it's true, he pulled out.

Board consider the consortium bid is too low (remember, they were offering 200k for 51%, Tamplin was offering 1.25m for 80%)

There will now be an EGM to consider moving to a limited company with shares rather than limited by guarantee.

That sounds good as share holders get to vote for members of the board.

I for one would buy shares just for that reason

Indeed, if the club were to do that I think a lot of us would chip in.
Sorry about your damn luck!

Believe its true regarding Tamplin and apparantly could have something to do with the negative press on forums / twitter etc.

If true, and u want my honest opinion, I say GOOD!!!

This all sounds very positive.
Looks like we are about to get our Daggers back.

If this is true then good riddance to him. If he genuinely cared about the club and was in it to help the club, then he wouldn't give a shit about what we say on here.

We'd need a lot of fans to buy shares to avoid any possibility of another cowboy coming along and hoovering them up.

To get anywhere near the £250k initial deposit, 2500 fans would need to purchase £100 worth of shares

I'd happily buy £200 worth of shares. Hopefully the consortium and fans can come up with something.

Well if everyone did that we'd only need 1250 fans. The question though is one share offer enough for the long term

Also happy,if that's the word,to buy some shares.Really depends on what the proposal is and if the consortium still want to proceed. We can't carry on the way we are at the moment
