As I have said before in other threads, this board appears to have the idea that failure (losing more games than we win and being relegated) is a sign of success. These awards may prove their point.

Although surprisingly, winning a few games and averaging crowds in excess of 2,200 would have a similar (actually better) financial result over time.

Staying up this season is worth an extra £750k next season according to Thommo.

Not sure about the £750k, unless you mean that our income from a season in the National Conference would be £750k lower than what income we currently receive as a League 2 team.

The only additional money for League 2 teams in 2016/2017 is the additional Sky income of about £270k that is due to commence.

If we were to be relegated, the Academy would have to cease, as it costs us £500k per season, which is what we are currently losing per season, if you strip out any transfer income.
