Poor old chap has been fined 1500 quid and given a one match ban because they found him guilty of deliberately getting booked last weekend.
The booking was his 5th this season and meant he missed the JPT tie on Tuesday rather then risk a League game if and when he picked up a 5th booking.
David Beckham when Captain of England once did this in a game before they had to play the minnows of the Group the following week. Did not see the authorities rushing to ban and fine him.
Ok that was under the jurisdiction of Fiffa but the England Higherachy did not take any internal action. Double standards if you ask me.
