This is bound to have an impact on Orient and us

This is bad news for the club.

Many of fans joined because Premiership football was too expensive. As of 2016/17, they will be able to watch much better football for not much more money.

The £289 seats will be up in the gods but, still, it's a pretty good deal.

I anticipate that, if we are still a league club for that season, our attendances will be close to, if not worse than, Accrington crowds on a Tuesday night (they got 1100 for a game against Wycombe this season).

Funny old game football. This time next year West Ham might get relegated, we might get promoted.

As I said on the other thread, this doesnt affect us. our deal with West Ham is that we do not play home games on the same day, so their home games shouldnt affect us.

Orient on the other hand never wanted them to have the stadium for this exact reason and have also claimed they should have the match day arrangement that we have (instead of us)
Sorry about your damn luck!

Interesting out of the 18 league games how many were played at 3pm on a Saturday ?

We don't have a deal with West Ham we are not allowed to play at home the same time as them, same for Orient. Police make the rules.

We do ask the FL to schedule our home games for when West Ham are away, but there is no deal and they are entitled to change it

We all knew this was coming. It is a tough one to swallow, but there are already clubs round us offering deals and we will have to fight it as best we can.

Of course you will have to factor in the cost of buying the binoculars you will need to actually see any of the game.

All sort of right but the following (old) article gives a insight into how it works and the requests made by some clubs. Presume we will still be paired with them after the move?

Don't think you'll see our attendance drop too much in the coming years, but it's when the next 'generation' of Daggers fans are meant to be coming through we'll probably see a drop off. Can't remember the exact figures but aren't West Ham offering U16s season tickets in the Olympic Stadium for under £100? That'll probably lose us a few prospective Daggers fans who otherwise would have come over here with their mates.

Won't be losing me ill never be fazed for glory. Though i think it'll impact Orient more Than us they'll see a big decline especially when they may be in league 2.
