Shrewsbury have the best home league record in the division and as much as I'd like us to put a dent in their promotion push, I just can't see us getting anything from there.

Shrewsbury 3 Daggers 0

I can never put us for a defeat, no matter what the head says. So I'll go for a positive 1-1.

I think their home record is very impressive but as soon as you hit April, the pressure begins to tell for teams in the important positions. Those home wins turn into draws especially against mid table teams.

Tranmere showed in February that they aren't unbeatable, even playing against a lower placed side... recent form however suggests they aren't choking as the end of the season approaches and I imagine a loss by 2 goals... 3-1

Daggers v Shrewsbury: Played 12, won 2, drawn 1, lost 9, goals for 16, goals against 23

Awa we have a 100% record of played 6, lost 6 (for 3, against 16).

Odd fact, the only 2 times we have beaten the Shrews have both been 5-0, including this memorable day.... http://www.fansfocus.net/dagenhamandred ... id=8323979

Good luck to thise travelling!

I'm gonna throw a spanner in the works and say we'll nick a 1-0. Of course that's my heart speaking so probably 2-0 Shrewsbury.

Not sure what's so strange about a 1-0 prediction??

Hilarious looking at that stat about goals for and against despite losing nearly every game... madness

Yes, that was clearly what my comment was aimed at.

Really been looking forward to this one, we're really up against a good well run side and on their manor, bring it on! We sometimes have a good habit of rising to 'big occasions' and as we all know we are a far better team away so even though Pompey fan's are still remarking how well the Shrews shone last week at their place, think were at least draw and hopefully get a decent daggers following, think this sort of game is for a tall guy like Doidge, a link up with Jamie would, I believe send shudders, I'm off to grab that bus!
