Not knocking the appointment , but Taylor could do better I'd have thought.
Its a decent question. Its bit like the IT manager buying IBM though, the obvious choice.

Both age wise are getting on so if you look at it if they get on and have faith in each others capabilities then its a part time job in hours they may need to dedicate.

As Sussex said, they are both getting on, is there still budget for a young qualified coach still to come that can take an active part on the pitch in the training sessions? I believe that Currie was on the training ground most sessions.
