Re: Zavon

Didn't he have exactly the same injury on his other knee when he was at West Ham? We were happy enough with him after that injury. He'll be alright as long as he doesn't rush things.

Indeed, it could just a case of the "Frazer Toms". Aaron's from Romford too, I believe.

Now confirmed that Luke won't be re-signing.

Thanks for your efforts Luke, and good luck in the future.

Re: Sky Bet Transfer Fund

Brentford won it one year too and used it to sign Chris Moore from us.

Nice idea by the club, hopefully will bring in a few more people who didn't find a full season ticket cost efficient if they missed a few matches.

Re: (pointless) Stat question

I can only think of Robbo as a player older than Jamie. Are we talking since we got into the Football League or before that too? John Taylor played for us up until just a few weeks before he was 40 didn't he? But that was in The Conference (you know, before history began). Edit - Taylor only scored...

Re: Labadie Guilty

Always good to see fans standing by their own, eh!? Let's wait and see whether or not we appeal first. The evidence is piss poor at best. The fact that he plays for us doesn't mean I'm going to blindly defend or support him. That kind of thinking is exactly why so many Liverpool fans stood by Luis ...

Re: Change for Change sake

bit unfair perhaps to Carlisle's relegation rivals putting out a weaker team. I was going to write the same thing.... I still can't believe people still want Koko (slanderous pleb) to sign another contract... I wonder if a brown envelope was evident yesterday!! Pots and kettles eh Chiggy? Was about...

Correct. 5th May 2012.

It's been a long wait!

Curo's was the 24th hattrick by a Dagger, and he is the 15th player to score one.

Mark Stein got 4 hattricks, Danny Shipp and Benno 3 each.
Still find it crazy that Cobby only got one during his time here.

That was a different game entirely, where you played the (sorely-missed) actor John Candy working at a Crushing/Screening Plant.
