Re: Havant & Waterlooville

Surely you expect us to at least make a game of it and to put a relatively strong team out? The only changes from Saturday were Kandi (who scored as a sub v Bromley, 2 goals in 2 games) for Wilko (who we discovered was injured), Harfield for Munns, and Robinson for Loft. The only real question ther...

Re: Havant & Waterlooville

I appreciate it was another Stilly cliche, but it is probably time to wheel out his "never too high, never too low" quote here. Saturday we won 3-0 at home, and suddenly we are worldbeaters. Last night we lose 3-0 away and today the B&D Post headline is "Daggers endure disastrous ...

Re: Bromley Match Thread

The first goal Saturday, did Balanta get the last touch or was it an OG by their number 15?

Wasn't sure Saturday, now seen the highlights, still not sure.

In other words, our best footballer was back from injury and made a massive difference. funny that.

Really enjoyed the game, great result.

Memphis 901

Our "sister team" play their first ever fixture this Saturday evening, home against Tampa Bay Rowdies, 7pm kickoff local time, that is midnight in the UK. It’s being shown live on the streaming service ESPN+, once game is over it should be available on demand to watch at a more convenient ...

Ladies and gentlemen, I stand by my original comment above.

Absolute joke.

And this is to make the game better and overrule "clear and obvious errors"?

Re: Maidenhead

I choose not to quote one of the above threads but will just say that I agree that player did not have one of his finest games. However he has had plenty of good performances over the season and does not deserve that sort of tripe. That actually probably disappointed me nearly as much as the late e...

Re: Email from Mr Thompson re. soft segregation

I've thought for a long time that the ground is set up all wrong. That stand always should have been a home facility - especially as it sits right on top of the dressing rooms. Where else do you go where away support gets the best view? I know the club spoke about bar sales at one point as a reason...

Re: Taylor in Taylor Out

All this is pointless as they signed two year contracts when they came on board as far as I am aware. We are where we are despite starting with pretty close to nothing last summer. Taylor has attracted a number of players because of his name and contacts, and the new owners appear to like him. Yes ...

Not trying disprove people are wrong, it’s an opinion. I’ll stick to it and laugh at you all when he gets the full monty and messes it up. Lincoln went up on a budget of £700k, I reckon Taylor was given a not to disimilar figure at the start of this season, just saying. The way I see is Taylor knew...
