Difficult to say, for me it's all according to the style of the other team. E.g if we're playing a big physical side, I wouldn't play Elito, Murphy and Hines all together.. But the definites would be Lewington, Hoyte, Saah, Ogogo, Howell, Bingham, Hines, Murphy, The other 3 would be dependent on the...
