Re: Doidge Gone

Could never fault his effort, good in the air, committed, never gave up and got no service last year to prove himself

No real pace, couldn't trap a bag of cement, not a goalscorer

Re: Dagenham academy

It is not exactly easy to produce players via Academies as the success rate is very low all over the Divisions. That said we have managed to produce a few who have played at league level and also moved on so I think there is a lot of merit in the last few years. There is also one player who we still...

Re: Jimmy Shepherd

Unlikely sadly

But a very sound and promising debut looked comfortable and confident in himself at the higher level

Jimmy Shepherd he's one of our own and that's what we need now

Re: Benefactor

You can certainly argue that any of those 'projects' do not relate to what I would describe as a benefactor.

It's either run correctly or it isn't

Benefactor

Is it possible to have someone come into our club willing to invest. I am sure owning it is not possible but assume actually putting money in is.
If so how could the club go about doing so as to me it is needed now more than ever unless the miracle Man Utd away draw happens

Re: 2016/17 Season Ticket Prices Announced

shock horror there is a small price rise because of course no other prices will have risen and our revenue generally will be less It's absolutely tiny over a season and whatever it is it will be going on the club. I do often look through this forum and wonder why some people support the club as they...

Re: End of an era

To echo a few comments above I don't think lack of effort has been a factor this season However with regard to the Orient match I know I was not alone in being absolutely embarrassed by the performance. After a good start giving up after three minutes and making that very clear. Then after getting b...

Re: Jodi Jones

Young player came on at half time at Peterborough tonight and did well enough for the pundit to say after five minutes that he already liked what he saw If only we could come up with players like that with the ability to beat players and some xfactor about them I suppose if we did we wouldn't play t...

Yes a cracking post pretty typical of those who also like to bemoan that we are no longer a family club. Because of course that's how you treat family
