Re: The two Cheltenham fans that were thrown out
All I can say is, if that's the drama our stewards cause for a couple of Cheltenham fans then good luck when Portsmouth come down

The two Cheltenham fans that were thrown out
Couldn't help but notice, two Cheltenham fans were chucked out today. One was celebrating a goal quite close to pitch and got restrained by about 4 police/stewards and another got thrown out later for aruging his mates case. Absolute joke from our stewards, aren't people allowed to celebrate anymore?

Re: Cheltenham at home (next game) - Atmosphere
It didn't work particularly well, but all credit to Romford Dagger for trying to do something productive.

Re: Cheltenham Attendance
Of course results play a massive part and people won't pay £18 to watch a disappointing performance. If you live quite far away from the ground (like myself) then it's more of a deteriant. However I'm convinced we need to do a lot more in terms of advertising. If you compare what we do to the other ...

Re: Cheltenham Attendance
The novelty of these games has worn off completely. Why is it all about racism why not something like a cancer charity next time around? Couldn't agree more with that. If we made it a charity event then I think it would grab more attention, however the club would have to donate all the matchday pro...

Re: Cheltenham at home (next game) - Atmosphere
Well even slightest improvement is a worthy achievement. The atomsphere currently is awful. It seems to have grabbed more attention than I expected and I really hope it works (although I don't know if it will, we'll see what happens tomorrow). Fair play to Romford Dagger for trying if nothing else

Re: George Porter
This is a real shame. He looked a great talent, could of have been used as impact player. However he's attitude was awful and getting rid of him was the right thing to do.

Re: Cheltenham at home (next game) - Atmosphere
It's a bit annoying paying an extra £4 and principle is wrong but it's only £4, not the end of the world and I do get far better value than non season ticket holders over the course of the rest of the season.

Re: Cheltenham at home (next game) - Atmosphere
I spoke the club yesterday, apparently the upgrade needs to done in person (I have no idea why?) and it can be done on the day. It costs an extra £4. It hasn't been explained very well though.

Cheltenham Attendance
I wonder what sort of crowd we will get tomorrow. It would be worrying if we get less than 3000 home supporters

Re: Fans Forum
People need to stop banging on about Southport. Upsets happen. Chelsea lost to Bradford, Man City lost to Middlesboro and Dagenham lost to Southport. Yes, we're crap in the league, moan about that. Why should people stop banging on about Southport? It isn'y about it being an upset. If Southport had...

For those fans who want to generate a better atomsphere
I've been looking at what other clubs have done to help in generate a better atmosphere at their games. A lot of clubs in league 2 and outside league 2 have a form of supporters group which is dedicated to just helping the atmosphere at games. For example (as much as I dislike them) Southend have a ...

Re: Fans Forum
Well the fans forum is there for you to say all of that, ok you might not get the greatest answer but it's the only place it will be taken notice of it seems. I'm gutted that I'm working that night, otherwise I would come along. It would have been nice to say something along those lines but like yo...

Re: Fans Forum
That's fine, I understand all to well it's a majority vote and the majority has to be reached. However I don't feel he will turn it around. We didn't score a single goal during December, we went out of the FA Cup to Southport (for the record, we should of had a good trip to Derby in the 3rd round), ...

Re: Fans Forum
W.B. and his coaching staff are bad at their job ,yet dont get moved on . How many other club staff are in the same position ? Are we a club of no hopers I've heard a lot of people say "we can't afford to sack the current management" but I feel the club fail to realise is that, it will co...
