Re: They died with their boots on.
Didn't expect anything to be fair, just posted at 4 in the am cos I was blotto waiting for the khan fight. I was actually trying to convey my enthusiasm for next season. Being a spark sometimes my articulation might not be the best. Here's to next season, up the daggers!

Re: They died with their boots on.
I think my tone has been lost in the text, I'm not trying to insult anybody. The fact that all those people travelled all that way to watch a relegated team definitely deserves respect, no question. Just thought it was a bit flat, but when the team you're playing has 35 shots on target that cab happ...

Re: They died with their boots on.
I don't think I've ever seen such a one sided game! We had a bit of joy first half but they always looked extremely dangerous. Good old fashioned wing play at its best, with very poor heading/finishing after it. Can't fault the effort from our boys though, especially cash. Was impressed with their s...

Re: Predictions for next season
I know less than nothing about the vanarama, so who knows. We need a squad willing to play a type of football, any type of football to have a chance. I still don't know what this team Is trying to do. Whether you like still or not, let him get a team capable of playing a style of football and suppor...

Re: I would imagine ......
I'm surprised anybody would get offended by the word NOB, they must have a heart attack at matches with all the effin' and jeffin' that goes on.

Re: TBS Stand
I definitely wouldn't want to sit, the need for a bar is high though! There's no reason something couldn't be thrown together out the back of the sieve, it's not in view of the pitch so in accordance with league rules. Also I think that when they do the tbs combo games it dilutes the crowd. I don't ...

Re: Is there any point ?
I'd say just and try and enjoy it. Now that hope has been taken out of the equation, and that's the worst part I reckon, it's just a case of having a few beers with mates, a little sing song (little being the operative word) and possibly being surprised. For all the moaning, there's still few better...

Re: The Fat Lady is clearing her throat
That clears that up then! I thought it was a bit wierd that a sale could be pending without any local press about. Plus not owning the ground would put the idea to bed I'd have thought!

Re: The Fat Lady is clearing her throat
Good post, can't disagree with any of it. On a separate note though, I've had two separate people, who don't follow the daggers, tell me that the board are looking to sell the ground for housing and going down will speed up the process. Do you know if there's any truth in this, or is it just the rum...

Re: Jodi Jones
Good business for the club. Hes not getting a game and gets dogs abuse from certain people in the ground when he does. Nothing like nurturing a young talent in an environment where they can make mistakes and learn! Would make sense for both parties In my humble.
