Re: Dag 2 Barrow 1

Happy with that, considering the spanking we got off them last season. I like the look of cheek, big, busy, good touch and took the goal well. Roll on Tuesday night, luckily I'm back on days so don't lose a shift to go and watch. I'm sure you were all concerned about that!! Also, I thought the pitch...

Re: Daggers Bars

All well and good, can't argue with his stewardship thus far, but will the draft lager actually be drinkable? If that doesn't improve then all the hard work will mean **** all!!! Having said that really looking forward to the 5th, I feel the club is moving in the right direction, a fan at the helm w...

Re: Two new signing`s from the academy

The whole thing confuses me. Our national youth sides are doing well and yet none of them will play for their teams every week. Players who play lower leagues when they're young and have to fight for everything in games that actually matter will do far better than those who stay in the youth leagues...

Re: Two new signing`s from the academy

Still knows a player, and always good to give youth a chance. Makes me realise how much I hate premier league football. Conte moaning about signings? Chelsea have got a million players on loan and win most of the youth tournaments every year, why not coach one of those players who'd give their all r...

Re: TAMPLIN WATCH

I had a little butchers at his social media doofer and it is entertaining, he's a grade A tool but there's no crime in that. I say live and let live. One thing that did catch my eye was a post about an 8000 seat stadium. I think it was supposed to be an official looking announcement about serious pl...

Re: New Signing

If you look at the gems still has found In the (even) lower leagues and the youngsters he's got on loan from bigger clubs it's very impressive. I know nothing about most the players we've signed this summer but have full faith they'll be bang on. At the risk of going off on a tangent. stills biggest...

Re: New Signing

on another note hawkins been linked to pompey. With us having an attack of Hawkins, Whitely, Fejiri, Sparkes, Howells, Ferrier, Cheek and Romain. It wouldnt surprise me if Still isn't preparing himself to lose one of Hawkins or Whitely. Probably would be the best transfer for him, going up some lea...

Re: Our club have issued three banning orders

I sort of know two of the Ipswich fans banned. They went to the edge of the pitch when we took the lead in the east Anglian Derby. People like that don't deserve to be banned in my opinion. Anyone know what the three daggers fans were banned for? If similar circumstances, harsh on them I feel. One ...

Re: Our club have issued three banning orders

I can half way understand it back in the 70s/80s. A lot of working class youth with dismal prospects, pent up rage and only 3 tv channels so not much to do, who took pride (if you can call it that) in the area they actually lived in and found this escape and buzz through football violence at the act...
