What a difference 90 minutes can make. Friday we were all happy, now we're all depressed that we're going down next season!
No one knows what team we'll have come September, nor who will be in charge, so I'd say it's a bit early to be discussing this.

Re: Worst Daggers player in 10 years.
For me this acolade has to go to Ifil.
Batt has more technical ability than most players we've had, but lacks the defensive fundamentals and is often too risky when in possession.

Pompey isn't that bad inside the ground, it's from outside that it's a proper shithole (and of course in the toilets).IanC wrote:make that 3 mate, pompeys end is a shitehole too!
Southend is the worst I've been to, too many rows of seats given the depth of the stand.

took a nasty whack on the ankle a minute beforehand so I assume that led to him being taken off, better safe than sorry...dagger4eva wrote: Decision to bring on Carr for Bingham with 30 seconds left - 0/10

Re: Most painful 2-0 win ever
Up until the first goal yes, but from then on I liked our game management, professional performance is probably the way to describe it. They didn't come close to scoring, O'Brien had nothing to do, and while not committing too many forward we scored a great free kick, hit the bar and had a few 'near...

Spare ticket for Mansfield
Afternoon all. In one of my brighter moments I've bought one ticket too many for Mansfield, so if anyone needs/wants one give me a shout, ta.

Re: Rory Donnelly
Signed on loan for Tranmere from Swansea City and scores twice on his debut. Having seen him a number of times for the Swans Under 21's, he is a kid with a lot of talent. Shouldn't we be after these types of hungry loan players instead of past it 30 + year old strikers, who have nothing to prove an...

Re: Northampton Town
All game it was painfully obvious how much we miss Abu. Anyone know when we can expect him back? Abu and Howell in for Labadie and Bingham/Boucard (Billy has got away with a couple of poor games in a row with no mention of it on here) would make a huge difference, that I'm sure of. We were shocking ...

Re: Burnett Poll In or Out
Couldn't give a toss what he said, we won a game with a good positive performance!
in the past he's spoken very well after losses, and I expect he'll give a more positive interview to the B&D post once the dust has settled on Monday..

Whilst I somewhat agree, it's only November, and we aren't in the relegation zone (yet?).TheLion wrote:I will be there, but this season has taken its toll on me.
A f****** shambles.
Agree with Sussex, a small club like us needs to pull together, especially this Saturday!

My opinion is support the team and support the manager, at least whilst the game is being played.

Re: Burnett Poll In or Out
Still in for me, but he has to drop Saah, either get a loan in or put partridge in with Doe.
Away at a good side who had won 5 in a row and we did quite well for 43 minutes. Saah again lets his teammates down for the 1st goal and from there on it wasn't going to happen..

Re: Dugout
One thing I did notice, after the bad tackle in the 2nd half that could/should have earned York's defender a red, pretty much every player for both sides got involved in the melee. Partridge was our only player (besides Cousins 60 yards away) to not move at all towards the incident. I'd like to thin...

Re: Same old, same old...
No one drive Lewy away he was offered a contract and never signed it. Probably gets paid more to bench warm for col u then he did for us as first team goalkeeper. And if he did leave due to a few comments then he needs to grow a pair. The abuse he used to get was very OTT and I imagine was a contri...

Re: Same old, same old...
I hope that everyone (and there were alot of you) who constantly had pops at Lewy and effectively drove him away from the club were there today. Also, Brian Saah, what exactly does he do? Wins very few headers, gives needless free kicks away, and kicks the ball 60 yards straight to their goalkeeper....
