Re: Rory Donnelly
My dig is at the club for the seemingly inept manner in which we sign players at the moment, especially on loan (Obileye excepted). The type of quality players which we need to survive are out there if we care to scout hard enough. It is mentioned that we have enough strikers but again, Cureton exce...

Rory Donnelly
Signed on loan for Tranmere from Swansea City and scores twice on his debut. Having seen him a number of times for the Swans Under 21's, he is a kid with a lot of talent. Shouldn't we be after these types of hungry loan players instead of past it 30 + year old strikers, who have nothing to prove and...

Re: Dagenham and Beyond
Born in South London, worked in London until 1993 when I moved to South Wales. Supported Swansea City as a boy and still do but also followed Redbridge Forest as they played on a Monday night and I used to go straight from work in Liverpool Street to Victoria Road. Been supporting ever since but onl...

Re: Southport replay match thread
The team, manager and club as a whole at the moment are a disgrace. The players and manager should be ashamed and are not fit to wear the shirt. Wayne has to be sacked or resign. If this happens and we get in the right man (whoever that is), there is still hope. If not, we will be playing Southport ...

Re: Artificial Pitches
I can o ly assume you haven't read the rest of this thread if you think no conclusions have been jumped to about it making financial sense. I'm not sure what the size of the club has to with demand. I've read the whole thread thanks. As you correctly state, the club would obviously have to weigh up...

Re: Artificial Pitches
From what I can see here, it is wrong to jump to the conclusion that it might not be as good financially as some suggest, but fine to jump to the conclusion that it would be good financially. Strange. There would be some be benefits, but also a lot of costs that some don't seem to want to consider....

Re: Artificial Pitches
Hiring out a pitch to locals who already show no interest in the club is pointless. For what we would make out of it aint gonna make our team any better. It will be what it always has been, your bennos, greenie, frenchie, cms, gaylie.Cup runs of wich we havent had for a while, thats how daggers do it.Thats...

Re: Artificial Pitches
Forfar Athletic have had a 3G pitch installed at a cost of £370k, of which Forfar only paid around £20k, due to funding received from the "Cashback from Criminals" scheme. It goes far beyond not having matches called off as matches can still be called off due to the terraces and surroundin...

Triallists
See that Andre Boucard is on trial for Northampton at Eastleigh tomorrow, as is Lawson D'Ath.
Looks like we don't want Boucard (or he doesn't want us?)
Hopefully, we'll sign ex Cray Wanderers player George Porter, surely a good signing at this level.

Daggers 0 MK Dons 1
Danny Green #7 the scorer.
Views on the match guys? Another match without a goal but presumably better than Saturday?
