Now is the time to concentrate on the future of our club, Halifax are not going to be a pushover so we need to back the team 100% and leave the boardroom battles behind, like it or loathe it.

Re: Take over Day
I'm still on the fence with this but it's inevitable that the takeover will go ahead, a sad day in some respects but the best scenario will be we continue more or less as we are but with a better financial footing because we now have an owner! Would be an even sadder day if the club went into liquid...

Re: The reality...
There is crap coming from both sides and not a lot of it can be substantiated, there are a number of FANS who are anti Tamplin and others who are undecided, there are not many facts being given apart from the interviews on diggerdagger, the anti Tamplin group dismiss it as lies but come up with tota...

Re: The reality...
I've also heard that Tamplins "people" are taking over the catering on match days and that "The Stig" is going to be driving the team coach..... All of these supposed rumours are beginning to sound a bit pathetic now, if you want to be believed then give the full info package. Ta...

Re: Yet another poll
I feel that there is a bit of a witch hunt with Mr Thompson, agreed that he is a bit of a control freak and sometimes over zealous with staff at the club and yes he may have a bit too much on his plate to give everything 100% all of the time but if anyone thinks he doesn't have the best interests of...

Re: Daggers vs Tranmere
Really enjoyed the game yesterday, I thought the difference in the sides was experience, they had a bit more nouse about them, even the fat git at the back didn't run much he just read the game well, but overall I was pleased with the Daggers efforts, Boucard looked impressive apart from one bad pas...

Re: Pitch
I don't think the pitch has looked too good this season, back passes bobble and the overall condition of the grass seems poor (weeds for instance) is Ian Manhood still about? As for the u16's game I can't imagine that making the pitch any different, after the charity game the pitch would be rolled a...

Re: Jodi or JMD
My son is at uni in Coventry and by all accounts they rate him highly, the reason he has missed games is down to an injury (so I'm told) personally speaking I thought he was a bit of a one trick pony but in saying that I'm not sure he wasn't playing to the orders of WB, in terms of performances I wo...

Re: Consortium response to negotiations
If a man walks into a car dealer and wants to buy a car he first negotiates the price then he hands his money over and he then owns the car, if he pays for the car by instalments it is made clear he does NOT own the car until the final payment has been made! All basic financial agreements that have ...

Re: Pre Season Results/Thoughts etc
I think it's a bit harsh some moaning about "another last minute" goal, Orient changed 10 players through the second half with 3 at half time, it doesn't seem that our squad is that big! Tiredness crept in at the end. Overall a reasonable performance from most but there are 2 or 3 who seem...
