Re: North Sixth Group
Hopefully when they take up their tenure at the club they will start by stamping a bit of authority on the back room management setup, and a positive attitude towards building a squad for next season without relying on journeymen but with young ambitious players who want to prove themselves and lear...

Re: Retained List
Would have loved the loan players to have stayed but this was never going to happen, I think Tavares, lawless and Effiong are musts to keep although I get the impression that Effiong has never really been 100% here mentally and I reckon he will leave, Johnson is a reliable player although some suppo...

Re: The Released Players Thread
Loved Robbo when he was with us and I’m sure that if it hadn’t been for financial restrictions due to the Americans pulling out he would have stayed with us this season, however…. I’m a firm believer that going back to where you were successful doesn’t always work out well, I wish him all the best b...

How would he have any idea what glory is??
He’s just an ex nearly man who is clutching at a few final paydays before he disappears into oblivion.

Re: Aldershot Home Final game of the season
Well that was a good game for any neutral watching today, but another frustrating one for Daggers as the ref was once again unbelievably s#it, the penalty decision appeared very harsh! But overall a good performance and unlucky not to finish with all three points. But the referee running off down th...

Re: Points
Pleased we’re almost certainly safe but on a side note I’m pretty pissed off at the way chesterfield are finishing the season, losing some recent games against crap opposition is almost smelling of corruption! Let’s face it, Wealdstone!!! Where is the respect

Re: Ebbsfleet Home
We got more than we deserved today, if it wasn’t for Justhams “few good saves” we wouldn’t have had a chance, second best in every department! But in saying that we have had some tough games recently and although boredom wood was a convincing win we didn’t have much time to recover, I’m certain that...

Looked like it from where I stood.
Anyone else?

Re: Oldham Athletic Home
Every game is winnable if you have the right attitude and approach to the game, recent performances suggest we are capable but it depends on what team turns up on the day, overall I think Ben has done a remarkable job bearing in mind the financial restraints he’s had to deal with, when we do secure ...

Re: Maidenhead home
Well deserved win today despite the refs attempt at ruining it, everyone worked hard and kept their shape, as for Phipps… never see a more unlikely centre forward but oh boy can he create havoc, great strike for the first goal and put it on a plate for Ree’s for the second, well deserved mom but onc...

Not an unexpected result bearing in mind our injury plagued squad, fortunately other results tonight were mostly favourable for us. Just have to get a result against Maidenhead on Saturday

Re: Freddie Sears where are you?
He’s gone! I wish him well and sincerely hope that in his final couple of years playing the game he can finally become the striker that he thinks he is,
but 1 goal in 23 games for us says it all, at least we don’t have to pay up his contract and waste more money

Re: York city.
My offer to get my boots out still stands!
I’ve also got a big frame but unfortunately it’s more width that height lol but by making the defenders run around me at least it’s making them work harder than they have to against shears.. sorry meant sears.. shears are sharp and useful.

Re: York city.
Just watched the highlights of the York game, and I’m absolutely flabbergasted at the open goal missed by sears, oh my god what did we do to deserve him? I m just keeping my fingers crossed that he’s unavailable for Tuesdays game. If Bens interested I’ve still got a pair of boots

Re: Oxford City
Apiah Forson Has been head and shoulders above everyone else this season, I couldn’t understand why Ben wasn’t playing him more earlier in the season, overall today’s result and performance was a welcome release from the usual stress on the terraces, it going to be a tough task in finding someone to...
