Re: Lawson D'Ath...

Remains a Dagger until May http://www.daggers.co.uk/news/article/lawson-loan-end-of-seaon-1325257.aspx Not sure how I feel about this, on one hand he's a good player. But also I don't think he's better than what we have when all fit, and I'd rather play our own players. Maybe Howell's injury was a ...

Should be another good showing of Southend and we definlately owe you one.

Hoping zavon Hines stops falling over this time.

A win should finally put paid to any play off ambitions your end.
When was the first one? :P

Re: Femi v Connors

I've always been impressed by Hurst at Southend so whoever plays tomorrow will be in for a tough night.

But Femi for me - For now at least.

Re: Saturday v Scunthorpe

If we're just using Saturday to make a judgement than Saah should be dropped for Doe - Very tricky decision, not sure what I'd do but Doe would definitely be in.

Re: Rhys on Saturday

Now it was a rather manic afternoon, so clarification from anyone would be useful. Firstly, the high balls pumped up to Rhys were a waste of time, but whether he was offside or not on the now normal number of occasions, he had a poor game. When he was substituted, was he injured, did he walk off to...

Re: Time For Action Football League

You are correct, but it surely cant help that the pitch has no time to recover and hence the reason why it gets waterlogged so easy. Even on a dry pitch the condition of it remains one of concern owing to the damage done to it. Simply not fair to expect any team to go there and attempt to play in a...

Re: Time For Action Football League

But am I right in thinking the matches have been called off due to water-logging, not just the pitch being in a bad state?

Re: Time For Action Football League

I fail to see how rugby being played on it increases the chances of a waterlogged pitch

Re: Saturday v Scunthorpe

I'm guessing Doe had a knock today? I bloody hope so because I really don't like Wilkinson/Saah as a partnership. The wind and rain saved us really. When it was a normal game Scunthorpe completely cut open our 4-4-2. Ogogo's belter gave us a new lease of life and we seemed to cope better with the r...

No striker is safe!

Strange one though, especially as Wayne worked with the youngsters over the years.

Re: Murphy Gone

Obviously we don't know but I'd like to think it was about not being guaranteed a first team place than money. Peterborough will have offered more than he's on now - I'd be amazed if not - So I think he just wants to play football for now. And I'll be happy to cheer him on in doing just that

Re: Daggers sign a striker.

Norris couldn't arrive at the daggers at a better time, recent bad run of form and needing to get back on track quickly with some pretty tough matches coming up starting Saturday. Not because he scored against us but quite remember noticing this guy against us at Sixfields in October and the gaps h...
